Flexform

Flexform started in the sixties in Brianza in northern Italy as the family business of the brothers Galimberti. In 1970 Flexform presented a collection “Italian Design”, designed by big names like Joe Colombo, Cini Boeri, Sergio Asti and Rodolfo Bonetto. The launch of this collection occurred precisely when the innovative and cultural era of Italian design began to break though. Flexform has grown into a large family business with enormous creative talent and sets a distinctive style that manifests itself in the collections and in their approach to research and management. The innovative design by architect Antonio Citterio not only led to a collection of armchairs and accessories, but also to a characteristic line of large sofas.
